After your purchase is complete, a downloadable link to your PDF voucher is available on the order confirmation page. We will also email you the voucher. The voucher will also be sent to your recipient if the recipient’s email field is filled out. The voucher will show your name, the service purchased, a unique voucher number, the expiration date, and the optional fields for the recipient’s name and message. Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase, considered the same as cash, and cannot be replaced.
On checkout, the default shipping option is “Pickup at Store”. You won’t be charged shipping and don’t need to come in to pick it up. If you do not receive an email with your voucher right after placing your order, please check your spam folder and/or search for an email from info@newmoonbody.com.
